more morning pages – an angelic soul

hey there lovelies and a very happy friday to you, wherever you may be. today i wanted to share some more morning pages – an angelic soul with you.

i love these journal pages – the freedom, the experimentation, the play. so much fun. i definitely recommend journaling if you haven’t ever tried it.

i used to think it was a waste of art supplies to journal, or sketch out. i wanted to be frugal, to be sensible with my supplies. i only wanted to use them up if i knew i could sell the finished art in some way.

this was so. very. wrong.

experimentation without expectation is vital to your creativity – vital to your development!

don’t be frugal – experiment away!

i hope you enjoyed watching this lovely angelic character being created – i certainly enjoyed creating her.

i love the magentas and burgundy tones in this, expecially coupled with the metallics.

here’s the finished art work for you to see:

i loved the etching too – so much fun :)

i hope you enjoyed this peek inside my art journal – i love sharing my process via video. it’s so simple and easy to follow along with!

have a fantastic day lovelies!

ps. if you want to invite a little bit of magic and creativity into your life each month why not become a patron? i post lots of gorgeous goodies there :)

pps. if you want to work more deeply with me and unleash your inner creative magic then the sisterhood would be perfect for you.

  1. Well that was anything but easy … though you make it look easy. It is all of those decisions and choices that would throw me off. The end product is beautiful and I admire your talent.
