Hey there lovelies and a very happy Friday to you, wherever in the world you may be. Today I wanted to share with you some thoughts on Achieving Happiness Through Art – A Mixed Media Techniques Video <3

For those of you who read my blog regularly you’ll know that I suffered with quite severe depression before I began being creative.

It was such a difficult time of my life (I shared a lot about it in this series on the blog if you’re interested to read more) and I mention it here because I want you to know that no matter who you are or what you’re going through there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel somewhere or somehow.

I want to offer up the idea of using art to you as an option because it helped me so much.

I love her pink and purple sparkles, her lovely wings and her lovely aura too! She is a beauty and I know she was a great reminder to me about what exactly makes me happy.

When we find that thing (whatever it may be) we can truly achieve the happiness we crave in life.

I definitely don’t think we were put here on this beautiful earth to be unhappy!
