Hey there peeps!! I have had a rather fabulous productive day transforming my backyard into a place which it is possible to sit out in in the warm weather we are having!!
I have also deposited my little sister’s “house bunnies” into their outdoor lair of doom on a much more permanent basis. She doesn’t yet know this however, so who knows if I’ll survive long when she returns home…… eek!!
They are honestly much happier out here though. a) bunnies are meant to live outdoors b) it’s warm and lovely outside c) they have so much more room out here!! they seem to be very happy with the arangement – I just hope she is too!!
Anyhoo – enough random waffling. Hope you are all having productive days wherever in the world you are.
I am feeling quite content but at the same time quite disappointed in myself. I have always battled with my weight over the years and I have dieted and regained weight more times than I care to remember. I especially suffer with a bad diet when it comes to holiday times of the year (which, when you work in education is all of the time it seems) as I am so free and so unstructured.
I am about to try this new book called “Positive Shrinking” which I am hoping will help. Again, in accordance with The Secret you focus on where you want to be not on where you are now. Also, you focus on what’s good for your body not on the negative associations with some foods etc.
I will let you guys know how I get on.
I can begin right now to feel happy, healthy, propserous and loved. I can begin to feel the kind of love I want to ave surrounding me. When I begin to think this way the universe will respond to the nature of this song that I am singing. The universe will respond to the nature of that feeling inside and it will manifest, because that’s the way I feel.
I completed my course of medication
I take omega 3 (proven to help with the treatment of depression)
I exercise regularly
I know who to go to if things do start to happen again.

- I am working. Earning money.
- I am paying things off little by little – every monthly payment brings me closer to paying them all off.
- I am budgeting.
- I am applying for better paid jobs (now that I have more of an idea of the kind of work which is right for me).
I can move on from them – The point of power is right now!

Laugh until you gasp for breath.6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves Be ALIVE while you are alive. So very true.7. Surround yourself with what you love , whether it’s family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.9. Don’t take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.AND, ALWAYS REMEMBER:Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
